After successfully starting her first business in 2003, Tima quickly recognized the myriad of difficulties faced by business owners in navigating the complex and competitive world of business, commercial real estate and asset acquisition and sales. Almost 15 years later, having practiced as a licensed business broker, managing both large and small brokerages and real estate companies; serving clients ranging from small family businesses to national and international corporations, investors and E2 visa buyers and sellers, Tima opened IBB as a unique business brokerage to offer her services to select clientele.

As a Licensed Business Broker and Investment Advisor, Erick brings nearly two decades of professional business, real estate and transactional expertise to the table. His diverse background also includes both financial and investment consulting and small business operation as the owner of his own mortgage business prior to beginning his real estate practice in 2009. His strong negotiating skills along with Business, Finance and Real Estate expertise provides him with a unique ability to understanding and evaluating your business.
Danny began working in the construction industry in New York nearly 25 years ago where he established and operated his own construction management firm for more than a decade.
Now a resident of Pinellas County for more than 10 years, his personal entrepreneurial experience also includes remote management and operation of a jointly owned full service pizzeria as an absentee partner including oversight and supervision of all leases and construction build out as well as management of all AP/AR.
As a result, Danny’s practical construction experience and small business expertise allows him to quickly recognize and effectively negotiate key core and collateral issues effecting the sale and transfer of small businesses and helps him maximize value and minimize costs for his clients in both the sale or purchase of their business.
Kathleen Gladstone, a native New Yorker, moved to Florida with a successful background in Corporate Business, Real Estate, Advertising and Public Relations. Additionally, Kathleen has extensive experience as a Consultant in Psychological Stress Management. Many sellers and buyers experience enormous pressures when selling or buying a business. Jeffery, a fifth generation Floridian, brings to IBB a diverse background in business brokerage, sales/leadership and commercial real estate. With more than a decade of real estate experience in the Tampa Bay area, Jeffery is well connected in the community and possesses extensive knowledge of the business and commercial markets.
His consultative approach is the key to bringing sellers and buyers to the closing table, and has enabled Jeffery to successfully negotiate even the most challenging transactions for a broad range of business owners involving convenience stores, independent pharmacies and other businesses. Jeffery also worked closely with landlords and tenants in the retail market, listing properties, handling showings, negotiating lease terms and coordinating build outs with contractors and vendors.
Prior to entering the business brokerage and commercial real estate industry, Jeffery served his country as a commissioned Army Officer, followed by a successful carrier as an executive sales consultant in the printing industry for 18 years. A graduate of Florida State University with a B.S. in Business & Real Estate, Jeffery’s considerable expertise is informed and enhanced by his combination of military and small business experience.
